Stepz students have had the amazing opportunities to dance at some prestigious sporting events. These events allows some selected students to have a day in the dance industry to see how the professionals work. They have a day with choreographers learning the routine and then event day which is always exciting.
2019: The Rugby Union opening ceremony at Wembley Stadium. The students performed behind Pixie Lott at Wembley Stadium dancing on the pitch. This was a great day and the girls smashed it for Stepz.
2021: The Grand Prix at Silverstone – Students from Stepz had the opportunity to dance on the start grid before the race performing to thousands of people not only in the Stadium but it was aired live on SKY TV too.
2022: The Grand Prix at Silverstone – This year the students performed on part of the old track and performed again to a packed stadium. The choreography they performed was amazing and all in all was a great day- please check out the video.
2023: Stepz have been selected again next year in March 2023 to dance at the new Tottenham Hotspur Stadium for the opening ceremony of the Rugby Union. We look forward to this as always and keep your eyes posted for videos and pictures.
